This machine is heavy duty OBLIQUE TYPE high precision and robust type in design, easy to operate, economical, labour saving and less maintenance required.

The machine has Hydraulic / motorized self loading twin shaft reel stand with three unwinding shafts for paper reels are provided.

Flute rolls, the most important features of the machine are minutely finished, give perfect formation on the board.

The flute rolls are mounted on GUN / BRONZE METAL BUSHES.

The flute rolls are made of special alloy steel for better performance and life.

One set of any type of flute rolls (N.F / B.F / C.F / E.F / or on demand) are provided with the machine.

The Oblique model has considerable increase in efficiency and production over Vertical Model.

Pre-heaters are provided to de-moisturise the paper.
