USE OF THE PRODUCT :

This is heavy duty an exclusively high precision and robust type machine in design used for high rate of production for two ply corrugated sheets or rolls & enhanced efficiency with better quality and standard with modern demands of today's corrugators.

SPECIFICATIONS :

1. BODY :

A) This machine is heavy duty OBLIQUE TYPE high precision and robust type in design, easy to     operate, economical, labour saving and less maintenance required.

B) The machine has Hydraulic / motorized self loading twin shaft reel stand with three unwinding     shafts for paper reels are provided.

2. ROLLS :

A) Flute rolls, the most important features of the machine are minutely finished, give perfect     formation on the board.

B) The flute rolls are mounted on HEAVY DUTY SPHERICAL ROLLER BEARINGS for longer life.

C) The flute rolls are made of special alloy steel for better performance and life.

D) One set of any type of flute rolls (N.F / B.F / C.F / E.F / or on demand) are provided with the     machine.

3. SPECIAL FEATURES :

A) The Oblique model has considerable increase in efficiency and production over Vertical Model.

B) The machine is design to run on Electric / Steam / Gas Heating. 

C) Pre-heaters are provided to de-moisturise the paper.

D) The Variable Speed Drive Electric Motor is recommended for better and economy in wastage     at an additional cost.

E) All moving parts are protected by safety guards.
