USE OF THE PRODUCT:
This Machine is used for applying glue on the tip of the corrugated surface of board and specially designed for pasting corrugated sheets of different ply and thickness.
SPECIFICATION:

The machine consist of three rolls.
-
All rolls are grinded, balanced, & hard chromed called glue pickup roll, pressure roll & doctor roll.

All rolls are of M.S (Mild steel) are mounted with ball bearing for smooth running & longer life.

Gum tray is provided to store the gum built by H.R / C.R Steel Sheet.

The gum can be released at the end of the work through exit point at the corner of the gum tray.

Side setting is provided to set the gum in this machine.
-
Setting of the gum can be adjusted as desired for flutes.

It saves the time & gum as a result the final product dries fast because of the minimum application of the gum.

The machine is simply designed, strong in construction and easy to operate.

Platform is provided in H.R / C.R Steel Sheet.

Electric Motor of 3Phase, A/C 1440 RPM / 440V ISI Marked, certified by ISO 9001 – 2000.
